The first two games of the best-of-five first round playoff series will be played at Principal Park on Wednesday, September 3rd and Thursday, September 4th. Both games will start at 6:35 p.m. Ticket prices for each round of playoffs will remain the same as they were in the regular season. General admission seats are $7 each and reserved tickets are $10. Seniors, children (12 and under), and military personnel get a discount price of $6 for reserved grandstand seats. On September 3rd, the Iowa Cubs will host a Wild Wednesday tailgate party beginning at 5:00 p.m. Fans can enjoy $1 specials of draft beer during the tailgate and a Family Four Pack and Fungo during the game. The Family Four Pack includes four general admission tickets, four pops and four hot dogs for $44. September 4th, will be a Mug Club night, Knothole Gang, Family Four Pack and post-game fireworks. Mug Club members will receive their first refill free in the 2008 mug. Members that renew their membership for the 2009 season will receive a second fill free. Knothole Gang members get free admission at the Knothole gate. In the event that the I-Cubs win the first round, the team would also host games three, four*, and five* of the PCL Championship Series (*Games four and five are not guaranteed). First pitch for game three will be at 6:35 p.m. on Friday, September 12th. Game four on Saturday, September 13th, is scheduled to start at 6:35 p.m. and feature an EDS sponsored Jeff Samardzija jersey shirt giveaway. Game five on Sunday, September 14th will begin at 1:05 p.m. and will be a Family Four Pack and Show Your Colors day. Any fan wearing an Iowa Cubs logo will receive a half price reserved grandstand ticket for the game.
