The Prize Claimant is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other government assessments on the awarded prize. Further, each Prize Winner acknowledges that applicable tax law requires that a tax withholding on certain prize values must be collected from winners upon award or distribution and consents to such withholding.
