Manage all your ticket needs quickly and easily in the Tides Account Manager.
Account Manager is where you can access and manage your Tides tickets. On this page you will find a how-to guide for navigating the Account Manager, from signing in, to accessing, transferring and storing your tickets.
Use your Ticketmaster.com username and password to log into the Tides Account Manager. Please click here for Frequently Asked Questions.
To access your tickets for redemption at the gate, please log on to your Account Manager at am.ticketmaster.com/tides. Your tickets will be found under "Manage Tickets" after you sign in.
You can transfer tickets to your friends and family prior to the game online at am.ticketmaster.com/tides. Once you have selected the tickets you would like to transfer, review the summary of your selected tickets, enter the name and email address of the recipient along with an optional message and tap Transfer.
An email with a link is sent to the recipient to claim their tickets. After tickets are transferred, the tickets will show the name of the recipient along with the status of the ticket.
To reclaim the ticket before your recipient has claimed it, click Cancel Transfer. Click reclaim and the ticket will be returned.

You can save your digital tickets to your device so you will be able to access them in the event that you don't have internet connection. There are two ways to do this:
- If you have an iPhone, you can save your tickets to Apple Wallet. To see how to do this, click here to view a video tutorial.
- If you have an Android, you can save your tickets to Google Pay. To see how to do this, click here to view a video tutorial.
When you arrive at Harbor Park, just open your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app and have your tickets ready to scan. Please note that screenshots of tickets are not valid and will not be accepted at Harbor Park. Please follow all transfer and storing guidelines to ensure entry.
