Jonathan Griffith joined the team in October 2010 after a five-year tenure as the Vice President/General Manager for the Potomac Nationals (High Class A; Carolina League). Prior to coming to the Nationals, he was the Assistant General Manager of the Kinston Indians (High Class A; Carolina League) and Stadium Operations Manager for the Richmond Braves (Class AAA; International League). Griffith was the Assistant Director of Stadium Operations for the Carolina Panthers in 2003. In March of 2015, Griffith was promoted to President of the Blue Wahoos and placed on the Blue Wahoos Board of Trustees. Later in 2015, he was named President of Studer Entertainment and Retail.

Griffith earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from High Point University and a Masters Degree in Sports Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

A native of Maryland, Jonathan is an avid fan of the Maryland Terrapins and Washington Redskins. In his downtime, he also enjoys fishing, the beach, and adventures with his children, Callie and JC.

Raised in southern California, Donna Kirby relocated to Pensacola in January of 2009, and is proud to call Florida home. Prior to joining the Blue Wahoos' front office staff, Donna's career was mainly based in the entertainment industry working for such leaders as Warner Bros, NBC/Universal, and The Walt Disney Company. During her tenure with the Blue Wahoos, Donna has managed several departments including merchandise, community relations, promotions, non-traditional revenue, and stadium operations. In her role as Vice President of Operations, Donna manages an award-winning game day staff and oversees a robust surveying platform that has helped earn the Wahoos the title of #1 Fan Experience in Minor League Baseball. Donna studied Economics at California State University, Long Beach. On her days away from the stadium, Donna enjoys spending time with her dog, Maggie, learning new recipes for vegan cooking and exploring all of the exciting things there are to do along the Florida Gulf Coast.

Candice Miller joined the Blue Wahoos in October of 2016. She is the Human Resources Director for The Studer Family of Companies and has been with the organization since December 2014. She is certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management. During her 20-year career in Human Resources, Candice has worked in all aspects of the field and held various HR positions that increased in levels of responsibility. She is a member of the Greater Pensacola Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and a national member for the Society of Human Resource Management. Raised in Pensacola, she graduated from Pine Forest High School and attended Pensacola State College. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and attending sporting events with her two sons, Christian and Dawson.

Tyler was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. He graduated from Troy University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a minor in Hospitality Management. This will be Tyler's second year on the Blue Wahoos Staff, previously working as an operations intern/trainee. In his free time, Tyler enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Tori Perkins was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a B.A in Communication + minor in Sport Management, and a M.S in Physical Education and Human/Sport Performance. Prior to joining the Blue Wahoos in November of 2021, she played college softball at UWF and served as the graduate assistant coach after graduation. In her free time, Tori likes spending time with friends/family, traveling and hanging out with her dog Gus.

Brad joined the team as controller for Studer Entertainment and Retail in September 2020. After graduating from Murray State University with a Master's in accounting, Brad opened a private practice as a public accountant, operating for six years. After a move from Kentucky to Gulf Shores, he joined Community Health Systems as a corporate controller. A father of five, he can be found golfing, biking, fishing, and running with his family when not at the ballpark.

Lea is originally from Southern California and earned her bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University in Business and Organizational Leadership. She worked in accounting for different organizations ranging from private to government entities for 15 years. For the last 4 years she worked in education as a special education teacher as well as a general education teacher. She spent the last 5 years in Idaho until last summer when she and her husband decided to relocate to Florida as empty nesters. Lea is married to her wonderful husband Kevin, and they have 6 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Lea's family enjoys church, the outdoors, working out, reading, and spending time with family.

Alex Sides joined the Blue Wahoos in October 2018, bringing over 10 years of experience in professional sports to Pensacola as the team's new Vice President of Sales. He joined the Blue Wahoos from the Miami Heat where he worked as Ticket Sales Account Manager for three seasons. Prior to working for the Heat, he spent six seasons in professional baseball with the New Orleans Zephyrs, Memphis Redbirds, West Tenn Diamond Jaxx, and the Peoria Chiefs as well as an additional season in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies. A graduate of Western Illinois University, Alex holds a Bachelor in Marketing and is a native of Eureka, Ill.

Steven joined the Blue Wahoos prior to the 2019 season as a Corporate Sales Executive. A native of Orlando, FL., he attended Flagler College, graduating with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Economics. After college, he spent two years as Stadium Operations Manager for the Jacksonville Suns, a season as an Account Executive for the West Virginia Power, and two years as Director of Sales for the Beloit Snappers. When not at the office, he enjoys cheering on the Orlando Magic and Green Bay Packers and exploring Pensacola with his wife.

As the Events Sales Manager, Shannon Reeves oversees the event spaces within Studer Family of Companies, including Blue Wahoos Stadium, the Bodacious Shops, 5eleven Palafox and the Studer Community Institute Building, all in downtown Pensacola. Originally from Clearwater, FL, Shannon graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communication. She began her career as Wedding and Events Coordinator at Pensacola Country Club before launching her own wedding planning business, where she planned and coordinated weddings and events with clients in Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Tallahassee and across the southeast. She has been in her position with the Studer Family of Companies since 2017.

Jordan joined the Wahoos in 2019 as a Group Sales Executive. A native from nearby Milton, FL, Jordan attended Florida State University, and graduated with a bachelor of science in sport management and a minor in business. When not at the office, he enjoys cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and exploring new places with his wife.

Greg joined the Blue Wahoos prior to the 2020 season as a Group Sales Executive. This will be his ninth season in minor league baseball after working for the Montgomery Biscuits & Lexington Legends. He currently lives in Daphne, AL. with his wife Brittney. In his free time, he enjoys serving his church, watching his favorite sports teams (Chicago Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, & Formula 1), & playing disc golf.

Jordan Morrow was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Sports Management and minor in Marketing. Jordan joined the Blue Wahoos in January of 2020 as a Community Relations Intern and Trainee before being promoted to the Hospitality and Sales Coordinator. Prior to joining the Blue Wahoos, Jordan played baseball in college while assisting with the Marketing and Communications team at West Florida. In his free time Jordan likes to golf, spend time with friends and family, and travel to new places.

JP joined the Blue Wahoos in 2019 as the Season Ticket Concierge. Originally from Tupelo, MS, JP graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Recreation and Sports Management from the University of Arkansas. He was a Blue Wahoos Group Sales Trainee in 2016 and 2017 and also worked in the University of Arkansas Box Office during his time at U of A. In his free time JP enjoys cheering on his beloved Razorbacks and Manchester United, and hanging out with his dog Schwifty.

Merchandise and Community Relations

Anna Striano started with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos in 2017 after working with the Class-A Advanced High Desert Mavericks. Born and raised in the small mountain town of Big Bear Lake, CA, she graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and her MBA with an emphasis in Sports Business. When not at the ballpark, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach with friends, hunting down the perfect taco spot, and cheering on the LA Kings and Chargers.

Daniel joined the Blue Wahoos prior to the 2019 season. He graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN with a degree in Social Studies Education and worked as a middle and high school teacher in the United States and abroad prior to pursuing a career in sports. After serving in Nicaragua with the non-profit Helping Kids Round First as an English-language teacher and baseball coach, he joined the Toronto Blue Jays as Media Relations Coordinator for Spring Training and their Advanced-A affiliate, the Dunedin Blue Jays. After two seasons with the Blue Jays and a stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he moved north to Pensacola to head the Blue Wahoos Media Department.

Katie Florio is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Sports Communication. During her time in college she worked as a freelance sideline reporter for FOX College Sports, was the field reporter for the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod Baseball League, a sportswriter and reporter for, a reporter for ESPNU Campus Connection and also interned with several local news stations. After graduating from Clemson in December of 2019 she spent the 2020 MLB season as a Broadcast Intern for the Minnesota Twins before joining the Blue Wahoos in 2021.

A Pensacola Sports Hall of Famer for his terrific coverage of athletics in the Panhandle during a 32-year career with the Pensacola News Journal, Bill joins the Blue Wahoos and Studer55 as their Senior Writer in January 2019. His award-winning coverage has included MLB All-Star Weekend, the FIFA World Cup, the Olympics, the Super Bowl, five Masters tournaments, the NCAA Final Four, the NCAA National Title Game, Major League Spring Training, and every season of Pensacola Pelicans and Blue Wahoos baseball.

After two seasons as a Blue Wahoos media relations trainee and assistant broadcaster, Chris took over lead broadcast duties in 2019. The grandson of Hall of Fame broadcaster Joe Garagiola and son of former Arizona Diamondbacks general manager Joe Garagiola Jr., Chris is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.

Ballpark Operations

Mike Crenshaw joined the Blue Wahoos in March of 2012. He is a native of Pensacola. Before joining the Wahoos, Mike was the Park and Building Maintenance Manager for the City of Pensacola. Mike is active in volunteering his time in his community and church. He also coaches and umpires baseball for the inner city league. Mike is married to his high school sweetheart and they share three wonderful children together and now have three grandchildren. When he's not working at the ballpark, he can be found riding his bike, traveling, playing softball or spending time with his friends and family.

Originally from Crestview, Florida, Dustin Hannah was raised in a miltary family. He graduated from high school in Honolulu, Hawaii, where his step father was stationed in the United States Air Force. He received a degree in Turf Management from Florida Gateway College in Lake City, Florida. After completing turf school, he worked for the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins at Roger Dead Stadium, their shared Spring Training site. Starting out as an intern, he worked his way up to Assistant Head Groundskeeper before joining the Blue Wahoos as their Head Groundskeeper. When away from the ballpark, he enjoys spending time with family, freshwater and saltwater fishing, hunting, and watching the University of Florida and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Food and Beverage

Eric was Raised in Pensacola, FL where he attended the University of West Florida from 2008-2011 and then begin working in the front office of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball team.

In November 2015, Eric and his wife, Chelsea, started Delta Life Fitness in Jacksonville, FL. A life long goal of running their own business was achieved by being able to help women in their community achieve their goals of living healthier lives.

While living in Jacksonville, Eric began working as the Food and Beverage Manager for the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in February 2016. He planned and executed concerts, caterings and events, such as, Eric Church, Zac Brown Band, Chris Stapleton, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phish, Pink, Carrie Underwood, Kevin Hart, Kat Williams, NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, National Curling Championships, Disney on Ice and various others throughout his tenure.

Eric is extremely excited to rejoin the Pensacola Blue Wahoos and return to Pensacola as the GM of Food and Beverage. He and his wife have a 6 month old boy named Conner. Eric also enjoys playing sports, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Travis Wilson is very excited to be returning to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. He has lived in Pensacola for most of his life and is proud to be a part of this organization. Travis was with the Wahoos for 6 seasons from 2012 until 2018. He made the tough decision to leave the Wahoos to help open a restaurant in his neighborhood of East Hill. He is very appreciative of the opportunity to come back and be a part of the Wahoos Organization. Travis has extensive experience in various styles of cuisine and service executing events, such as, the ARC Gateway Gala, ACC Basketball Tournaments, Wake Forest University Football games, and Golden Gala Events in Tallahassee, Florida.

Travis and his wife Leah have twin 4 year old boys, Oliver and Braxton and they are proud to live in Pensacola.
