Bypass Gate & Exchange Info

  • Bypass Gate access will not receive gate giveaway items and is non-transferable, non-upgradeable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Member must show ID with pass upon entry.***
  • Pre-Exchange: An exchange of a ticket at least one business day (24 hours) prior to the date on your ticket. Pre-exchanges allow you to exchange that ticket for another game in a similar seating area, based on availability. Pre-exchanges can be exchanged into any game, in the same seating area without any charge for moving to premium (Thursday-Sunday) games. No exchange fees when done at the box office. There will be a small service fee for online exchanges.
  • Post-Exchange: An exchange of a ticket after that game has occurred (and you did not attend). The original ticket will remain as a paid ticket in the original game, but if you did not attend, we will give you a complimentary ticket equivalent to the seat you have (i.e. Diamond to Diamond, Dugout to Dugout, etc.). Upgrades and online exchanges not available for Post-Exchanges. All-Inclusive ticket holders (SpringNet Champions Club, Expedia Redbird Roost and The Superior Rents Nest) will receive a Diamond Box ticket for any un-used tickets; there is a food cost associated with All-Inclusive tickets and the food was prepared and accounted for in the original game, therefore we cannot offer an all-inclusive ticket as a replacement.
