Blue Rocks A-Z Guide

50/50 Raffle - Fans can purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket from the kiosk on the main concourse at select 2022 home games. A winning number will be drawn at random after the seventh inning. The prize money will be mailed to the winner and proceeds go to The Boys & Girls Club of Delaware.

Advertising - Advertising with the Blue Rocks is unlike any other advertising in the area. The Blue Rocks have averaged nearly 300,000 fans per season over the last 10 years. Our main advertising categories are signage, game sponsorships, in-game promotions, printed publications, and corporate outings/ticket options. Animals - With the exception of designated theme nights, the only animals permitted inside Frawley Stadium are service animals and service animals in training.

ATM - The ATM is located inside the main gates, across from The JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store.

Autographs - Please stay tuned for more information regarding autographs for the 2022 season.

Birthday and Anniversary Messages - Fans may have a birthday or anniversary recognized on the video board during the seventh inning. The fee is a $5.00 donation that will be distributed to area non-profits at the end of the season.

Bluewinkle's Diamond Club - Located on the Luxury Level Bluewinkle's Diamond Club is the Blue Rocks' most exclusive seating option. The Diamond Club is available to rent by groups with prior reservations (and sometimes individuals may purchase tickets for special Diamond Club event). The Diamond Club features a customized menu. Cameras and Video Equipment - All types of cameras are permitted inside Frawley Stadium; however, they must not interfere with the game itself or other fans’ enjoyment of the game. Camps - Unfortunately the Blue Rocks will not be holding any baseball camps in 2022.

Capacity - Frawley Stadium's official capacity is 6,402.

Chickie's and Pete's - Located by the Dogfish Head Off-Center Fan Deck (1st Base Picnic Area). Serves a variety of food and beverages, including chicken cutlet sandwiches, cheesesteaks and the world famous Crab Fries.

Concessions - New for 2022, all concession stands in Frawley Stadium are now cashless. There are two main concession stands and various beverage and food vendors throughout the concourse.

Coolers and other Carry-In Items - Due to on-going security concerns, coolers, thermoses, backpacks and other large bags are not permitted inside Frawley Stadium. The only bags allowed during the 2022 season will be medical or diaper bags.

Credentials - The Blue Rocks offer media credentials on a per-game basis to licensed members of the media free of charge. Field access is restricted to pre- and post-game only & press box access is available from gates open until 30 minutes after the final pitch. The Blue Rocks maintain a 100% closed clubhouse. Customer Service Center - The Payroll Management Assistance Customer Service Center is located inside the main gates, across from The JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store.

Diaper Changing Area - Changing stations are located in the 3B Men’s and Women’s restrooms, as well as in the Chickie’s & Pete’s Men’s & Women’s restrooms.

Dugouts - Fans are not permitted on the dugout tops at any time unless they are participating in an in-game promotion and are escorted by a Blue Rock employee.

Elevator - The elevator is for fans with physical limitations, those visiting with strollers, or guests with tickets to the Luxury Level.

Entrances - All fans may enter the ballpark by using the ramp or stairs on either side of the ticket office, regardless of seating location.

Exits - Fans may exit the ballpark through the entrance area or by using the stairwells located at the mid-point of each concourse.

Family Atmosphere - A Blue Rocks game is a place for families to come enjoy themselves in a clean, wholesome atmosphere. Fans are asked to refrain from using foul language and maintain appropriate conduct while at the ballpark. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the stadium without refund.

Family Section - Section K is the designated ‘no alcohol’ family section. Reserved Section K is designated a "no alcohol" section, thanks to our friends at The Yeager Law Firm.

Field of Dreams Program - The Blue Rocks offer the opportunity for groups to be introduced and accompany the Blue Rocks players as they take their positions on the field during the Field of Dreams. Contact Group Sales at (302) 472-5701 for more information.

First Aid - The First Aid Station is located near the 3B restrooms. If you should require medical assistance while at a Blue Rocks games, contact your nearest usher.

First Pitch - Groups have the opportunity to have one of their members throw out a first pitch! For more information contact Group Sales at (302) 472-5701. Please note that space is limited.

Food & Beverage Policy - Aside from one sealed individual water bottle per fan, outside food or beverage of any kind is not permitted to be brought into Frawley Stadium.

Foul Balls - Fans are permitted to keep any balls hit into the stands, but are not allowed to interfere with foul balls in the field of play. Interference with a ball in play may lead to ejection at the discretion of the umpires.

Gates Open - Frawley Stadium's gates open one hour prior to the start of Tuesday - Saturday games. Gates open one and a half hours prior to Sunday games. Some exceptions may apply. Check the Blue Rocks' website for the latest information.

General Admission - General Admission seating is located on the 3rd base side of the stadium and is presented by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware.

Handicapped Seating - The ballpark has (58) handicap accessible spaces and (58) companion chair seats located behind the last row of reserve box and upper box seating throughout the concourse.

Lost & Found - Items should be taken to the Payroll Management Assistance Customer Service Center across from The JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store. After each game, all unclaimed items will be kept in the Blue Rocks offices.

Lost Parents/Found Children - Lost children should report to the Payroll Management Assistance Customer Service Center located across from the JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store. Parents or chaperones will be contacted via the public address system (or parents may check there to see if their children have reported there).

Luxury Suites - The Blue Rocks Luxury Level contains luxury suites, which are a comfortable, climate-controlled way to watch a Blue Rocks game in style and class. Mascots - "Rocky Bluewinkle" is the official mascot of the Wilmington Blue Rocks. He is joined by his best buddy and Frawley Stadium legend "Mr. Celery".

Merchandise & The JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store - The official hub for Blue Rocks merchandise is The JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store, located just inside the main gates. During the season the store is open from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM prior to the game. The store will open up again once gates are open and will stay open through the end of the game. The JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store is open all year round, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Fans can also purchase merchandise anytime online by visiting the JP Morgan Chase Quarry Team Store's Online Shop.

National Anthem - Your group can sign up to sing the national anthem before a Blue Rocks home game! For more information or to book, call Group Sales at (302) 472-5701.

On-field Access - Per High-A East League rules, only authorized personnel are allowed on the field before, during, or after the game. Any unauthorized personnel who do not comply are subject to ejection from the Frawley Stadium without refund.

On-field contests during games - If you are attending a game and are interested in being a contestant for a between-inning promotion, please visit the Payroll Management Assistance Customer Service Kiosk, located directly across from the main gates.

Parking - Parking at Blue Rocks games is FREE, with the exception of the Reserved VIP Parking lot located just outside of the main gates. Handicapped parking is available in the first row across from the ChristianaCare box office. Follow parking attendants' directions to the nearest spot. Picnic Outings - The Blue Rocks have two picnic pavilion areas, one on each side of Frawley Stadium. Groups of 20+ must reserve a picnic prior to game day by calling Group Sales at (302) 472-5701. Contact our Group Sales Department about exclusive parties in the picnic area, starting at 100 people. Individual picnic tickets will be available for purchase.   • Dogfish Head Off-Center Fan Deck 1st Base Side - Located on the 1st base side of the stadium. This picnic area holds 125 guests.
  • JP Morgan Chase Picnic Deck - Located on the 3rd base side of the stadium. This picnic area holds 215 guest.

Promotional Items - One promotional giveaway item will be given for each ticket/fan present on select promotional nights. Quantities are limited. Only one item per ticket/fan through the line at a time will be distributed. Full promotional schedule can be found by clicking HERE.

Rain Policy - If a game is called due to rain or another factor prior to the completion of an official game (4 1/2 innings if the home team leads, 5 innings if the home team trails), fans may exchange their ticket for any other regular season game during the 2022 season (based on availability). The Blue Rocks will make every attempt to alert fans as far in advance of a cancellation as possible, but there is no set time for when that decision may be made. Restrooms - Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the ballpark. Restrooms can be found on the main level on the first base concourse side, third base concourse side and at Chickie’s & Pete’s. On the Luxury Level, restrooms are located across from Bluewinkle’s Diamond Club Cafe.

RocksRibbon - The auxiliary digital video display that is located above the scoreboard in left field. Player information, fan information, groups and advertising are displayed here.

RocksVision - This digital video display is located in right field. Live video, between inning entertainment, fan information, and advertising are displayed here.

Scorecard - Located inside our "Blue Print" Publication which is handed out upon entrance to the ballpark.

Smoking Policy - Smoking is not permitted in the stadium, except for on the asphalt area below the first base exit stairs. Due to fire code regulations, patrons may not smoke on the stairs.

Tailgating - Although the Blue Rocks advise against tailgating at Frawley Stadium and in its parking lots, fans may do so with the understanding that it is to be done in a neat, safe and family-friendly way. No open-flame grills are permitted. Only one parking space per vehicle permitted. The ballpark does not open until one hour prior to the start of the game. All local laws are in effect while in the stadium parking lots.

Telephones - If someone should need to make a call due to an emergency, please go to the Payroll Management Assistance Customer Service Center.

Ticket Policy - The Wilmington Blue Rocks have a no-refund policy on all tickets. The Blue Rocks will do their best to work with you on ticket exchanges, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the game time on the tickets that you are exchanging. Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance, once tickets for their preferred game date go on sale.

Tryouts - The Wilmington Blue Rocks are the Advanced-A Affiliate of the Washington Nationals. The Blue Rocks do not handle any player tryouts.

Weapons - No weapons of any kind are permitted in Frawley Stadium at ANY time. Fans attempting to bring weapons in to Frawley Stadium will be arrested & prosecuted.

Will Call - Fans who have purchased tickets in advance or have been left tickets can pick them up (with valid ID) at the will call window located at the ChristianaCare Box Office on the main ticket plaza.
